2.1. The Service Provider provides, and the Customer pays for, information and consulting services within the selected subscription tariff, the duration and plan of which is posted on the Site and/or Mobile Application.
2.2. By paying, the Customer expresses its full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement (acceptance).
2.3. The cost of services under this Agreement is reported on the Site and/or Mobile Application and is the amount specified for the particular subscription rate of interest to the Customer, in accordance with the conditions specified on the subscription page.
2.4. The Service Provider has the right to change the subscription rate at any time at its discretion. The subscription rate already paid by the Customer does not change either upward or downward. The new price applies to the Customer-Service Provider relationships that arise after its change.
2.5. The service is considered provided from the moment the Service Provider provides access to the subscription to the Customer.
2.6. The subscription is provided for a fee for a specified period in accordance with the conditions of the corresponding rate. The Customer is entitled to unlimited access to all published hello@omnimente.com courses until the end of the paid subscription period.
2.7. Upon expiration of the free trial period of the subscription and/or payment of the subscription, the Customer is automatically connected to the subscription service with the option of its automatic renewal. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the Customer expresses its consent to automatic debit of the full amount of the subscription fee for the next period in advance on the date of the end of the previous subscription period.
2.8. The subscription fee is automatically debited at the beginning of each payment cycle until the Customer cancels it.
2.9. The Customer has the right at any time to disconnect the subscription and cancel future payments through the Personal Account on the site omnimente.com and/or by sending an email to the Service Provider
hello@omnimente.com2.10. After canceling the subscription, access is closed at the end of the paid period. The Customer can no longer view courses, except for those that were purchased separately, not as part of the subscription, and access to which is preserved indefinitely.
